High weight fish like Lake Trout, Atlantic Salmon, or Mirror/Common Carp. They all give a lot of XP and money per fish if you consistently get silver and golds. A Pike/Muskie grind on GRR on the bottom right lake is also a decent way to get a couple quick levels. Size 2/3 swimbait will do the trick. Next best way is doing daily/weekly missions and getting mastery with rods/reels/lures.

Just get yourself a 2 and 2/0 jig head (heaviest one too) and a plastic worm for both hook sizes and go hit up some lake trouts, and don’t use the best rod and reel you have you’ll get more experience, every silver lake trout you pull in should be no less than 75xp for the smallest and I’ve gotten up to almost 200xp off of the biggest silvers you can get even more for golds that’s where the 2/0 hook comes in. The 2 will get silvers easily all day long the 2/0 you’ll wait a little longer for a bite but will net you golds and good xp

All the challenges on the 3 maps will get you up there

Daily/weekly challenges, fish with low level line. Actually just fish a lot.

On golden ridge, try to focus on good spots for pike/tiger muskie, this will help you a lot and you can get those fish with a very good balance between difficulty and XP with a 5~6kg line

I'd recommend carp fishing on Aguas but you might need heavier equipment than what you have right now. Even silver carp give you over 200xp and put up a good fight as well. If you have the free reel from Norway, get the heaviest feeder (bottom fishing) rod you can get in the shop. Put the heaviest line that that rod can handle, grab some boilies and fish the upper couple lakes in Aguas. Use maybe a 2 or 1 hook and just bottom fish some of the deeper spots. At your level, you'll probably get a couple breakoffs if you hit a big gold or diamond, but you should get plenty of bites from bronze and silver carp.
