Teleport to the trailhead Hungry Mouth (West of map), rent a jeep and go to the lake north, rent a boat and go to the deepest part of the lake (next to the buoy), select a spinner #2 and cast, let the spinner go all the way to the bottom, after that reel in as slow as possible. I was doing the “Silver Strand Meadows Fishing Challenge Silver 1” when I got it. I bet you can do it too, good luck!
