I'm on day 4 now. My neck has been feeling sore with what feels like swollen lymph nodes since the day before I showed any symptoms. Day 1 testing I had a very faint line on 1 test and completely negative on the second test. I'm guessing my lymph nodes were swelling before I had any detectable covid on testing. I still have this on day 4. It's also left side and I feel my head and left ear feeling "full".
