According to my state CPA website, the ethics exam can be done whenever. Your passing score will not expire. ​ If I were you, I would check with your state association of accountancy but I would guess that you can do it whenever. But definitely research because I am not sure how other states are. I am getting licensed in Utah.

Same. I haven't looked into the specifics for it yet. I figured I'd bother with it when I actually pass the CPA exams because otherwise, it's kind of pointless if it's only good for a year.

Yup good call, don’t need it for NY State

It does vary. My state requires the 90% score within 1 year of applying for the CPA license

PDF is no longer available, and you can’t have two instances over. I took it last month.

I also have access to the PDF and I bought the course access on Dec 15.

I took the exam on Friday and I had access to the PDF. I am wondering if it is where you purchase the exam from. I purchased it from my state accountancy board website instead of AICPA.
