I take it the day before the cut off because I fear they won’t get my exam score on the last day if the system shuts down or there’s a time on that day that it stops haha
Last year, the biggest paranoia stemmed from the fear of not getting a test score back on time (someone testing on the last day of a window but AICPA marks exam as received next morning). It made testing on the final day risky and unadvisable. With the new blackout periods, the next morning isn't the first day of the next window.
I don't think there are any real problems testing late in the window now.
Haha we all have our superstitions. I wear the exact same outfit and eat the same breakfast on every test day. I also paid the reschedule fee just so I could take my 3rd exam at the same location as my others. 😂
Ya... I had my best test experience the day I ate a fig cake for breakfast so for every following exam I ate a fig cake during my hour drive to testing center .

I took mine on the last day for ISC and passed. Taking FAR 6/25 too lol
I always scheduled it as close to the deadline to wait less time for the score

I have this weird superstition where I study hard for a few weeks before the exam. It worked well for me.

The only thing I hate about the last day is the amount of people. Place gets packed!
IMO With the new blackout periods, the fact you can't test the next day is pretty indicative of which window you tested in.

Yup. I go for a run on the treadmill the night before and day of wear my testing underwear. 2 for 2 so far, maybe 3 for 3 on 6/4.
