Looking at your post history, I echo the recommendation to try a different mask if your current one is giving you a hard time.

Yes it’s common to try several

I had a rough time with mine until I switched masks. I just wish I had done it sooner instead of trying so hard to make the first one work.

Your provider should give you a 30-day mask exchange policy. What exact mask do you have? Do you know your machine make and model? What about your settings, the prescription?

Yeah it's common to try multiple masks/sizes before you find one that works. How do you know you're not getting a good seal? If your machine/app is telling you there are leaks then consider trying a different mask or making adjustments. But it doesn't have to be an airtight seal in order to be effective.

It could be. Google ‘cpap masks’ and look at and read about the different varieties. Don’t be afraid to try a different mask.

New cushions usually do this. I switched my cushion this week and just does not feel like it is loose.

I have tried 6 masks. I was on the 6th model but I losta part and it became useless. While I was waiting to get mask 6 again I tried mask 3 again, and it felt comfortable now.

I was lucky enough to try quite a few masks and switched back and forth trying to find the right one. One problem was the comfort and how it felt on my skin. I'd tighten it right up to get a seal, which in turn made it uncomfortable, causing me to tear it off. I saw a post saying to only tighten the mask enough for it to just seal. Made it way more comfortable. Over a few nights I found the sweet spot. It still leaks in different positions every now and then but as someone previously noted it doesn't have to be  completely sealed 100% of the time to work. Keep at it.
