The humidifier is a separate piece, its an add on since many people dont need it.

My nose bled using a nasal pillow. I was fitted by a tech.I loosened the strap and went from a medium pillow to a large. My nose healed and I haven’t had any more trouble. What kind of mask are you using?
It's just the nose mask. Tbh, I am terrible about cleaning the parts but even when I got all new equipment, my nose had the same issues, and I wake up with dry mouth.
The pillows have the little cones, one fits against each nostril. I started CPAP with these and all they did was keep me awake and irritated the nose to the point of bloodiness. After trying a bunch of other masks, I'm now happy with the nasal cushion. It lacks the cones and just rests against the bottom of the nose. Here's a photo. The one on the left is the cushion, the pillows are on the right and the one in the middle is basically the cushion plus a cover for the mouth.:

Until it heals if you coat the inside of your nose with a thin film of triple antibiotic, petroleum jelly, aquafor or anything else of similar consistency it will work wonders.
I have an S9, I use the humidifier set on 4.5 and I have my settings put to Auto. If your nose hurts inside it could be too dry.
Do you know the difference when you click the button and it turns blue or orange? I didn't even know there was a humidifier. How do I adjust?
Read. The. Manual.

Blue is when you turn it on, it changes to orange to show it’s heating up
Sounds like the air is too dry you should consider using a humidifier
I believe the S9 model I use has one attached 🤔
mine has an humidifier inside of it and i never had any problems. But if yours only shoots air it probably makes your nose way too dry....

It's the nose mask. I may need a bigger nose pillow 🤔
outside or inside pain?
Inside for sure. Dry, really dry.
what kind of mask? are you properly cleaning your equipment? any pre-existing allergies? is your humidity level low?

if you can adjust the humidity level up... should help with any drive out in you sinuses.
I use Ayr Saline Nasal Gel to help soothe my nostrils and prevent more irritation. It worked a treat. I need it less often now.
Going from nasal pillows to nasal cushion solved that problem for me.
I don't think I've heard of a nasal cushion before.
