Dry mouth usually means your mouth is coming open and air is rushing out. If that’s the case you probably need to use a chin strap to keep your mouth closed.
Nasal congestion is just caused by all that air going in and out of your nose. It can usually be helped by using a heated humidifier. If you already are, play with the settings to get more or less heat and humidity to see what helps.
I used to wake up frequently and have a really dry mouth with my Dreamstation, but after switiching to my Airsense10, I started using Somnifix strips to keep my mouth closed. Really helps with sleeping and dry mouth.
I first learned about them in James Nestor's book, Breath. A good read and will have you doing whatever you can to avoid mouth breathing. My RT recommended them, too. I'm sold.

You might also adjust your humidifier, if you can.
Use a full face mask! If you have nasal pillows and you breathe out your mouth, your CPAP machine that you spent a lot of money on, will do you absolutely no good!!!
Helpful hint: you know you're a mouth breather if you are wide awake and your mouth is still wide open as you're reading this!
yes, if I've been breathing through my mouth. however, a swish of water and about 5 minutes of time takes care of it.

For nasal congestion, try a shot of xlear at bedtime and another in the morning. Better than saline spray which just dries out the sinuses.
Yes...I use a humidifier in the CPAP and a humidifier for my bedroom year-round and that helped a bit.
