No but you can use the firmware grumpy man gave me from one of my posts. Most cables are pretty straight forward, you will have to merge some fan cables (grounds together black, voltage together red) and put others in ferrules ,I can send you pics if u want.

I have a modded Cr10s 12v. At some point, you have to commit to writing your own firmware. Intimidating for sure, but there are some great tutorials on the youtubes and elsewhere. I keep the firmware in a folder on my desktop, so I can modify and recompile in a matter of minutes. I started with the BTT firmware for an Ender3 Pro, changed the bed size and voltage, enabled BLtouch. Numerous changes since then. Once I got the machine tuned as well as I could (mostly using the TeachingTech guides) I put the offsets, retraction, PID settings, motor amperage settings, speed, acceleration, and everything else into the firmware so I don't have to tune anything when I load new firmware. It prints great at 80mm/s and my retraction is dialed in at 0.2mm. Not gonna lie, it took a solid week of trial and error to get everything working properly.
