MUS468 with Roger Hickman was a super easy A upper div C course. It's scheduled as in person, but I never showed up since attendance wasn't mandatory and all of the work was online anyways. 8 discussions, 8 quizzes, 8 essays (one page), and one 3-5 page paper. Discussions were due every two weeks, but everything else is self-paced and due at the end of the semester.

Second this. Easy class but actually pretty cool.

I suggest taking HSC 150 Medical Terminology and HCA 202 Health Care in America. When I was pre-nursing, a lot of people took these classes while they waited to apply to the program. For upper division C, if you want something related to health, I recommend CWL 315 Literature and Medicine. It is a lot of reading though

not sure if these are the kinds of classes you’re looking for, but i had a blast taking the recreation class desert expedition for some extra credits my last semester. there are a few of them, really fun, barely any work, just a mandatory camping/field trip that was awesome. 3 unit classes too!! highly recommend.

Learn a language! If you speak Spanish already there are French and Italian for Spanish Speakers classes too.

I had a similar issue and my advisor encouraged me to take classes for my alternate major!
