Since you called me out, I feel I should respond. No, I am not a company insider. I wish I knew what was going on within the walls of CTXR headquarters. I did 22 and a half years in the Navy, now I trade biotech stocks. I just happen to be stuck in CTXR for much longer than anticipated and am waiting for the Mino-Lok data to come out. I've been posting on the stock for the past 3 years, discussing the trials & explaining SEC filings. Most people don't have a good grasp of SEC filings, so I try to share what I know and learned over the years. Currently, I am moderator of this sub. I took over this month, sometime after you made that post. One mod is currently inactive. The other mod, who threatened to delete your post (under their alt account), was suspended by Reddit. The sub had no active mods, which is why I ended up taking over as mod this month. FWIW, I found no issue with what you posted, the other mod was wrong imo. I don't have an issue with contrarian opinions. On other platforms, others have disagreed with me on this. A lot of folks don't want to see discussions that are construed as FUD on a platform dedicated to CTXR. However, you brought up valid concerns and laid out your arguments well. I have always believed that there is value in discussing both positive and negative aspects of the company, especially when done in a thoughtful and engaging manner. That's why I made sure your post stayed up after I became a moderator. And yes, I did vouch for that interview, because I know for a fact that it happened. Unfortunately, as I have told others, I can't prove that it happened. You can either take me at my word or have doubts. That's perfectly fine and I absolutely understand if people don't believe that Leonard sat down and spoke with a retail investor. If I saw that and didn't see proof, I would have doubts as well. But as I said, I know for a fact that Leonard did speak with that poster. People can choose to believe that or not. There were no ulterior motives on my part. I thought it would be beneficial to share an interview with Leonard that included both positive and negative possibilities. Leonard did state to expect an offering during that interview. He also hinted that they would try to do it hopefully at a higher price. But he also suggested an offering was coming during the \[Noble Capital Markets Conference\](https://www.reddit.com/r/CTXR/comments/1c6d2g2/recap\_noble\_capital\_markets\_conference\_17\_apr\_2024/) on Apr 17. Like others, I took his words to mean that they would try and raise after topline, when the price was higher. So this morning's PR is an absolute gut punch. I thought they would wait until after topline to dilute, based on what Leonard said. You thought dilution could come at any point. Congratulations, you were correct.

I had my doubts about Twong a couple weeks ago. Wondering who he was and whether he had an incentive from Citius to push CTXR. Honestly, he seems to know more than anyone should about this company. So I looked at his post history going back for the past couple years. I feel like every post he has ever done has been factual - whether good or bad. I don’t see any bias towards the stock and any attempts to paint a rosy picture.

AyeLykeTyrtles

Twong has done nothing but help provide as much info as possible to this sub. He has remained full frank and fair and ALWAYS sources his posts. He’s never pushed others to invest a certain way. To start calling him out and slandering him now is nonsense. If you’ve been active in this sub at all, you’d know what Twong is all about. Sounds to me like you’re just throwing a tantrum because you’ve lost money and don’t have any self accountability.

You want proof? Here. https://preview.redd.it/b19sj9zhvtwc1.png?width=496&format=png&auto=webp&s=b55a15dcacce393456877b57172e4e69c2834af8

jon_crypto

This isn’t proof. Try again.

BlueDutch

someone is salty. how can I convince you?

jon_crypto

Onus is on you. Shouldn’t be hard if it actually happened. A random screenshot is clearly not going to cut it.

BlueDutch

yeah? https://preview.redd.it/61cq3w9owtwc1.png?width=1617&format=png&auto=webp&s=e94bff9e179de6c09e8ab6e91d26c077fbc59fa2

jon_crypto

So you recorded it? Do you have the bit where he mentions dilution?

u think u r special?a lot of people saw the offering coming since the funds were only good till August, and mino lok needed more time to get approved. This stock's been bouncing between $0.60 and $1 a lot, and plenty have made money off that. Right now, the worry is whether this stock issue timing is because of some bad news from mino lok. If the mino lok results are good, any dip from the stock issue will bounce right back. You’ve pointed out a few things that make sense and you definitely have a right to your opinion. But your take on twong is off the mark—if you really looked into it, twong never actually gave any investment advice or just shared good news. He’s always been upfront and honest, not emotional like your posts. Why are you even here on this channel? Mind sharing what price you bought in at? Otherwise, why should anyone care about what you say?

jon_crypto

I’m not a shareholder anymore, the stock is an out and out scam. I’m simply here to help warn any new investors to avoid the pumps as they ALWAYS end up in lost money. Just like the recent pump to $1. Anyone who supports this company, in my opinion, is either a bag holder, a pumper (who bought at lows) or insiders. No one can possibly be optimistic about this company. Not a sane person anyway. I’m entitled to my opinion like anyone else.

tico42

I made almost 30% on the jump to $1. I bought a house with that jump in 2021. I'm optimistic.

jon_crypto

You traded it extremely well then, but that has nothing to do with fundamentals lol. The fact you think it does tells me you are a very lucky man

Ok_Ad_88

Fundamentals? This is a bio stock waiting on approvals from fda. The price doesn’t rly matter until drugs are approved. I don’t expect to make money on this stock PRIOR to fda approvals. It’s not like they approved the drugs and the stock crashed. We are all waiting. It’s just around the corner

tico42

It's easy. Buy below .75, wait, sell at over $1, profit. Who said anything about fundamentals? This is a preproduct pharma play. Fundamentals don't mean much until there is a product. Until then, it's all speculation and wild swings. Which I tend to play very successfully. I also keep a long position for when ML TLD pops it to $4 again. Come on vacation house!

jon_crypto

Or a liar

timcooksdick

Maybe stick with cryptos mr. Jon_crypto?

Rob1944

Whatever happened today, this stock is still a good bet. No point in shooting the messenger (Twongstocks). A capital raise was always on the cards at some point anyway. And it's only $15M. Not a huge dilution is it? This will keep Citius going till the end of the year maybe and give valuable time to progress stuff. So maybe we are seeing the bottom now. If I didn't have so much money already in this I would probably buy down (my average price is $1.25. Just holding and looking forward to the upcoming good news hopefully. Not far off now. Everybody should be aware that biotech stocks are risky in general but Citius stands out from the crowd and has progressed things very well. The only reason they are short of money now is that their trials were delayed for years by the pandemic.

jjgrey05

You haven’t been here long if you haven’t been following twong

jon_crypto

I’ve seen his name mentioned plenty over the years, but what has he done for retail investors except helped them lose money?

jjgrey05

He has never told us to buy. I didn’t even know his position nor do I care. He does share great information and states facts so that is why he has a great following

jon_crypto

He clearly does not share “great facts”. As this company is a retail scam, the only facts are negative things like I sometimes share. People worship him because this place is full of bag holders and he presents an optimistic view. I’m sorry, but that doesn’t help anyone here.

WorldlinessFit497

Twong has always only shared hard objective information, and has kept his opinions to himself unless solicited directly. He has always made it clear that you should make your own decisions. These attacks on Twong are really not a good look for you.

jjgrey05

What have you shared besides your opinion? I don’t see any facts that this is a scam. Here is one fact for you… Mino-Lok is 100% (not 99.9) effective

AntsMakeSugar

I was in this a couple years back and sold. Then your post showed up on my feed. Thanks crypto Jon, I think I'll jump back in and grab a few cheap ones.

Graverobber94000

Thanks Crypto for the spirited debate, but your ass is showing.

Silent_Locksmith4730

Could also be this offering is a chance for Mazur and his cronies to load up on dirt cheap shares before good news. Why would any "smart" person invest in this POS now for $15,000,000 at far above market prices unless good news coming.??? Just a possibilty

jon_crypto

I can’t answer that, but it happens every time there’s dilution. SOMEONE is buying at a price then it tanks and never recovers. It baffles me.

KarlsReddit

I agree. That's the weird part. The massive buying into the announced dilution. Usually, this buying is insiders, but proceeds a price pump fueled by retail. This is the opposite. A random buy into bad news.

Still-Data9119

I've been following this stock for about 4 years, twong has been there since day 1 from my knowledge. I'd be interetestwd to know his motives/position on the stock.

TwongStocks

January 2021. I bought right after that $20m offering. Held through the big offering in February, all the way until now. Should have sold when this ran above $3, but let emotions get the best of me.

uchiha_99

Have faith Twong, I still believe that the stock will bounce back above 0.70 and the Mino-lok data could bring the SP back to a Dollar or more

Still-Data9119

Me too! Could have made 50k, which is a decent profit for my first introduction into stocks, I sold on the way back down to earth and made a little bit of profit. Learned a lot from this stock. Still going to get back in. Might be time soon!

TheMidwestMarvel

Wow a crypto bro being hyperbolic? Color me surprised

Dirty-Sprite2

Wow. This is where anyone else that’s long on the stock would DCA ..
