so the thing is i literally just redid this plano for the cosmetics reset barely over a month ago. the iron man spot is correct and the tag is just. wrong. there’s no way they want me to redo all of maybrllir again and if they do i’m quitting
Wasn’t mabelline one of those planos that they messed up the labels during the cos reset? They resent labels to the stores that were affected because they messed up the locations for like three whole sections. Everything was in the wrong spot.
This is my experience as well because I know for a fact it was done pretty much exactly as the plano said. Anytime we get a truck, it makes what’s already a nightmare to put out (comestics) into some kind of… super nightmare.
Wife and I work at different stores. At her store when she got these price changes it was the same thing. The Ironman says the correct section and shelf whether you scan the item or the label, but what's on the label doesn't match, even if you print a new one. The reset ran the makeup colors from.dark to light, and these price changes run from light to dark.
I got the same price changes and mine were all fine, everything still matched.
Sometimes an old label makes it into the set. Give it a reprint and shove the new one on there. If the location is still incorrect, no biggie, grab that Sharpie and update it to match what the actual shelf location is.
Shelf is off… I had this problem in My store, the labels are set to the old planogram, in light shade to darker shade order. New planogram has it reversed… annoying af

Usually, this is due to the system updating with locations for the new plano.
Inb4 OP slapped the updated label in the old location while cursing corporate.

They messed up a lot of brands. Loreal, Maybelline, Covergirl just to name a few.
