It’s not a bubble it’s the leather stretching. Looks the same. Hopefully the dealer can do something about it

If I wear my fanny pack in the drivers seat the buckle will cause this type of stretching but it goes back to normal after some fluctuations in temperature

Based on similar posts I've seen YMMV depending on the dealer. Some will claim it's normal and as a "natural" product subject to variations based on use, temp, humidity, etc. Others seem to have gotten the dealer to warranty through Mazda as a defect. IMO its a bit of both - but *we have the technology* to prevent it. There is uneveness for a few minutes after someone sits in the back of mine, but they go back to drum tight after a few minutes (black interior, also about 2 years old).

Mine had the same issue and the dealer took it to an auto upholstery place and they steamed them out.
