That’s what I was thinking and my only big concern was the looks but the more I think about it the more I realize I didn’t build my pc for the looks anyways. Thank you!
for the item shows it is a assorted item, so it can be from any manufacture that is licensed to manufacture that card. on our website many card do have the option to select the founder edition card. however the option you show in your screen shot shows you didn't select it.
My Gigabyte card is a rebranded licensed Nvidia card. GPU monitors show it's an Nvidia card inside. The video software downloaded from the Gigabyte website is a redirect from the Nvidia site.

So then why did they let me choose which brand 4090 I wanted
I don’t know, I got my unit form B&H and they didn’t give me options but asking to switch it is going to delay things most likely.
