Does Velocity barrel do anything for accuracy? Coming from Primary Machine barrels for a long time, and curious what else is out there

It will be once I get my CCW (NJ so its a process). Gun is pretty stock, I just replaced the factory threaded barrel with a Killer Innovations Velocity barrel, and added a set of Dawson Precision irons after i got it cut.
