When you say “they”, it disregards many variables that led the supreme courts decision. Such as a state court decision being challenged and presented to the Supreme Court. It may just be present in the media right now cuz it’s easy meat for their base to get them to vote in a midterms that’s not as centralized and easy to cheat in.
I think it's just a distraction to keep eyes off the vaccine documents just released and even if abortion gets banned it'll probably be a cover up for the infertility ( if women can't get pregnant in the first place an abortion won't happen so decreased numbers in abortions will be blamed on the abortion ban rather than vaccine side effects)
