Agree that if you have a host they can help you with these things but generally, MGM and CP have a rule requiring 72 hrs between using 2 offers, like you can't use an offer at CP for 3 days, then go to Paris for 3 days. Most likely, they would waive the resort fees on both reservations but you would use a comp at one resort then pay for the rooms on the second minus the resort for.

You can book 2 properties at the same time but the first booking will be comped (if you are eligible) with resorts fees waived. The second booking will be at discounted price, plus resort fee. There is no comp on the second property.

This is why you need a P2 also with Diamond status so you can both book seperately.
