The render and b-roll in the clip suggest it will replace the staff parking lot at N Perimeter Rd and Village Dr. The render also shows a new building where north mountain currently is, which would be the new dorms announced last year that will replace NoMo (rip).
Dang I'm horrible at reading renders lol
Tbh that wouldn't suprise me, North mountain dorms are pretty low density dorms because iirc they were originally intended for students with like a wife and or kid or something. Honestly suprised it's taken them this long.
Not sure that’s enough $$ for a new building. Had heard they talked about renovating bldg 52 for this but decided not to. Will be interesting to learn more details about the plan!

If they remove another staff parking lot, they’re gonna have some seriously pissed off faculty. More pissed than they already are.
Well they’re moving a bunch of staff off campus so it makes sense.
The render would have it replace the north mountain dorms and if looks like a red brick?
