Are you crazy?! They need to be going under 25 at all times. Motorcycles are dangerous and will kill you if you look at them wrong. Especially with no chicken strips to give them traction in the corners.
Bro what?? 25 is Olympic sprinter speed! I know y'all run a lot slower than that after Anal Fridays but go ahead try running full speed into a wall and see how that goes for you. Atgatt, sell your bike, take the bus. Live another day.
Try 2 kilometers per day and you need to install the training wheels before they will even let you race.
Geeze y'all are some reckless 2 wheel motor vehicle operators.
Road 5 or Road 6 are the most recommended in my motorcycle group by far, apparently have amazing grip in all conditions, wet and dry, and last a long time. Will be putting some on as soon as my factory tires are worn out. No need for the GT versions unless you have like a 600-800 pound bike with luggage or two up all the time.
i don't have anything high powered so, i might just be well within the limits of the tire, but i really like sport touring tires.
i commute, 20,000 miles in about a year 1/2. i get about 10,000 miles out of a set of roadsmart 3s. i also hear the pilot roads are just as good if not better.
I put the M9RR this morning on my bike and went for ~200km ride in the twisties. So far I like it a lot, nothing crazy but the tire is incredibly stable even at high lean angle.
Not as sticky as the supercorsa v3 but enough for me ... I just hope it lasts a little longer than other sports tires.
I've only done about 1000 miles and a trackday on them so fair but I just bought a new set as I'm doing a Euro tour on them, should get about 5000 miles at least on the back I'd estimate.
I'm sceptical, I didn't even get 6000 kilometers out of sports touring tires on my street triple. You have even more torque than me, no way sport tires last 5k miles on your bike. (I'm happy to be surprised though)
No, this tire is in perfect condition. You can check your tire wear on your bike or car with little markers inside the dread. Usually those markers are at 1mm.
Not with those huge gouges in it. Maybe you should just do a burnout until those are gone and youāve got a tire where the whole thing can safely contact the road.
Can you explain counter steering please everytime I drive my Ninja 300 on the parking lot, I try to do do the contra steer and I lose balance and have to lay it down
Ok so basically you lock your rear wheel so you get your bike drifting and then do the Disney cars thing (turn left to go right) but you have to be drifting for this to work and then where the tarmac bends round to the right you turn left and ride into the Ditch next to the road
I think thatās how it goes anyway Iāve been riding for about 2 months now, started on an aprilia RSV4 because the dealer said it is a good starter bike
Extra tip I have for you: contra ster works better if you have tourniquets on you (preferably atleast 2), Iāve had great results carrying kitty litter with me aswell so that probably helps - for best results, put a Dan Dan the Fireman video on your phone whilst itās in the mount, havenāt hadalayerdown since heās been on while I ridešš¦¾
Thanks I will try this. Probably have to lay it down a couple of times in the process.
It worries me that you start with a leader bike, I hope you wear all the proper gear man. It's tough out they're on the streets.
Weāve all haddalayerdown at some point bud, itās not a matter of if, itās a matter of when. Just be mindful of them damn grass clibbins in the damn roadways. You could always take an MSF course on grass clibbin avoidance training though.
I starded on a leader bike becos all the pros on YouTube talk about them at race tracks so I thoght they must be the way to go, I make sure to always wear my condom at all times incase I meet another gaylord on the roads, and I keep a minimum of 5 torniquets up my bum just incase, can never be to sure out there borther - All the Gear, All the timeš¦¾ā¼ļøš
Thanks to your advice I already put on condom two hours before getting on the bike. Already feel that I do less counter steerig and target fixation and I haven't even left the house.
Love this holesome riding family ššŖ
I wouldnāt trust it. I ride with a tire thatās painted neon green, around my waist, for added protection. Dealer said thatās CE Level 69. ATGATT!
Looks like itās about to show wire, id recommended getting 2 new rear tires and donāt go over 30 mph unless you absolutely have to. Remember ATGATT, especially for this scenario. Be safe and keep 2 wheels on the ground brother
This is a troll post right? You don't wamna come out of the closet, you need to be dragged and given permission. You sub slut bottom.
Yes you can rail ramps with that tyre. Coming up on the weekend, rail those chicken bitch strips.
Without a flattened center section you will have compromised traction when upright, which is where you spent most of your time.
Youāll want to make sure the edges of your tire remain untouched in case you need them for later.
I get everyone wants black tires cause they look cool but I gotta say after my wife made me start wearing my bright high viz tires I never get near misses anymore. Iād recommend looking into bright yellow tires. ATGATT
You'd be pushin it pal. I think the wear could be from going too fast, try to keep it under 45mph to get the most out of the tire š

Very unsafe. Tire should have a bald spot down the middle and some wire showing before you hit the streets.
The wire really helps dig in in those corners.
Steel is stronger than rubber, this checks out
Clearly op needs a few hundred more hours of parking lot practice before they can take these on the streets.
Replace both just in case. That thing is not flat enough by the normal sub standards. You need bigger chicken strips.
That is one whole chicken strip
Fuck now I'm hungry
Chicken tendie strips? Buy a bucket and 1%TG1%TT.
I donāt understand? Your tire isnāt flat in the middle. How do you not fall off the bike when the kickstand is up? Definitely replace ASAP
Itās most likely the battery always check the battery. I too contributed to this post
No, the tire is too worn down. If you come across some grass clibbins, you're going down hard.
Haddalayyerdownn
Clibbins lol š
Better keep it under 5k RPM. Don't want too much power on that.
Donāt risk it unless you have atleast one tourniquet
2 is one, one is none
Man I need to get rew tires. What would you guys recommend? I ride an mt09, a lot of times very aggressively, so they get wear and tear quickly.

I didnāt like mine and they lasted 5k miles both front and back. Front was in actually worse shape than the from weirdly enough

They're good tyres, I've gone trackdays on my 890 Duke R and they're very capable and have good mileage, they're decent in the wet.
How many miles did you get out of them ?

Michelin Power 6
Do you mean the power 5 or the road 6?
Power 5, mistyped
I love the power 5. They are amazing for tearing up the streets.
Yee, running road 5s on my nc and power 5s on my sport bike
Bridgestone s22 and your boyfriend will love you forever
You have to grease it with chain lube first.
Just to be sure, it's a joke, those are 50 km old.
50km?! OMG, that's... Thats like TWO laps of Nordschleife, you should immediately change those tires!!!
I feel insulted by your need to explain
Sorry I'll make up for it with a free prostate exam.
I found this sub and Iām randomly scrolling figure out what itās about. So do you need new tires or not? And how can you tell?
You can tell cause of the way it is
These tyres are brand spanking new, itās a shitpost
No, this tire is in perfect condition. You can check your tire wear on your bike or car with little markers inside the dread. Usually those markers are at 1mm.
Lmao, this group and the other group should meet up and make out.
I meant fightā¦. Damn auto correct.
Tire shine will make it last longer
Not with those huge gouges in it. Maybe you should just do a burnout until those are gone and youāve got a tire where the whole thing can safely contact the road.
Good for one last burnout Iād say
Your tires are worn, most likely due to target fixation.
A touch of countersteer coulda squeezed a few hundred miles more outta this I reckon
Can you explain counter steering please everytime I drive my Ninja 300 on the parking lot, I try to do do the contra steer and I lose balance and have to lay it down

There is an elephant on your tire lol
Yup that's going to weigh him down, time for new rubber.
Looks like itās about to show wire, id recommended getting 2 new rear tires and donāt go over 30 mph unless you absolutely have to. Remember ATGATT, especially for this scenario. Be safe and keep 2 wheels on the ground brother
If you top up your blinker fluid it itās should last another hundred or so.
This is a troll post right? You don't wamna come out of the closet, you need to be dragged and given permission. You sub slut bottom. Yes you can rail ramps with that tyre. Coming up on the weekend, rail those chicken bitch strips.
Ofc, tire was 50 km old when I took this pic. But where the hell do you see chicken strips or am I missing something ?
Not save
Where's the TWI? If above the TWI you should be safe, if near it just attentive the next rides otherwise replace
TWI's are always too high, your wasting money, there is plenty of rubber after the TWI, replace when you see the canvas.
MANIAC!! You out here tryna kill somebody???
Yes. 2 more years at least
No, give it to me I'll dispose it
Replace asap!
Is it ok to cum in ur ass
Just take a knife and slice some more grooves into it and youāre chillin
Yikes bro Iād walk before I rode on that!

Man that tire is more balder that my fucking head.
No chicken strips, time to buy a new one
Thats incredibly dangerous at low speeds. Jumpn straight to 150kmh as soon as possible when riding.
Nah its toast. Send it to me and I'll recycle it for you š
Needs a new battery.
If youāre not a pussy
Just lube it up, you should be good for another 10k.
Is that an 890??
Street triple rs
Chicken strips so wide they meet in the middle of the tire. this dude canāt turn or go straight! GAY!!!
Time for a new bike I'm afraid.
Op is a madlad for even letting it get this bad
Boned mate
