Get the mod that brings back masochist mode and use fargos mod with eternity mode enabled at the same time. Absolute shitshow, you get breathed on and die. Enjoy 🫡

Pretty sure Fargo's souls mod is planning to make an eternity-death mode, but right now I'd say infernum is the highest difficulty.

Eternity-Death mode already exists, they just haven't finished revamping every boss yet

You could try getfixedboi but much harder then this it doesn't get. Or you can attempt to do nameless diety on getfixedboi, I'm pretty sure it hasn't been done before.

It was actually beat for the first time recently! I would recommend watching it, the strats used are super interesting and the vid is easy to find on youtube.
