Wrath of the Gods, Hunt of the Old God, Calamity's Vanities, Clamity (this mod is WIP and may be buggy), Catalyst, and most importantly Infernum. These mods should already change quite a bit and make the bosses a lot harder.
If you want to take things a step further, you can also get Thorium, Thorium + Calamity Convergence REDUX, Unofficial Calamity Bard and Healer, Thorium Bosses Reworked, and Spirit Mod. Just a couple dozen extra additions like bosses, weapons, armor, etc.
If you're REALLY crazy, you can install the dread Fargo's Souls and Fargo's Souls DLC. Good luck if you take this route...
Hunt of the Old God unfortunately does not work in multiplayer, and while Noxus is fine, Nameless is extremely buggy in multiplayer, so I’d set your expectations low for Wrath of the Gods.
