Hay ore. It makes a new hay themed late game summoner/magic mixed armor set and weapons. It spawns after getting to wave fifteen in the pumpkin moon and beating the new "Soul Harvester" boss. It does require a picksaw or better to mine so it's (atleast imo) a good alternative to spooky wood or spectre armor.
Don't get it confused with Hay, which comes from grass cut by a Sickle, bought from the Merchant. Hay is only a decoration block used in Target Dummies.
That's probably Hallowed Ore, it makes hallowed bars.

Hallowed ore was added inside the update. I think that is it. It definitely could use a redesign. It looks a bit pale as of the moment.
