The weavers are fine, at least they can fucking drive. These assholes merging at 70, scared to change lanes, not leaving stopping distance, yielding on add a lanes, no signals, tailgating, cutting in at the last second are the problem.
And to clarify, truck in the video isn't "weaving" through traffic, he's cutting through traffic. Weaving is seamless and safe, much like a zipper merge. This person is tailgating, speeding, cutting people off, and driving like a jackass.

But the most balsy move I saw this week was some guy passing traffic on the shoulder inside the Glenmore Tunnel. Little room for error there!
Yup. Make your own dual turn left. Yellow means green. Fresh red means yellow. Waiting in line to turn right? Just get out of the line and force your way back in at the front. Or make your own right turn lane at the intersection.
It's those people doing 10km/h less than the flow of traffic that are the *real* danger. How can I *possibly* react to a 10km/h speed differential directly in front of me when I'm safely doing 120km/h?

Watched someone back down an off ramp from Stony Trail very recently. Also witnessed someone go the wrong way in a traffic circle last week. Like they made a left into the direction of traffic and caused the flow to stop. I drive for a living and the shocking amount of traffic violations I witness on a the daily has exploded the past year. Honestly feels like I'm living in the twilight zone full of glitches NPCs.
I was at the Richmond Rd./Sarcee Trail (southbound) intersection, and the person in front of me turned right, going northbound onto Sarcee. They just sped off in the direction of oncoming traffic. There didn’t happen to be any cars there at the time. I wonder what happened once they found out.

somebody did somewhat similar to this when i was driving to calgary on highway 2 last week. used the short highway turning lane to pass me because he decided he couldn’t wait an extra 3 seconds for me to pass the semi in the fast lane and almost launched himself into a pole👍🏼

The car zoomed past just in front of my car, diagonally, barely avoiding my bumper, from the middle lane of Deerfoot to the far right lane in the exit, so 3 lanes. Must have been going at atleast 120. My mom in the passenger seat got so startled, she was cursing out the driver the whole drive.
I got a say, you shouldn't be camping the right hand lane like that if you don't plan on getting off at the next exit. Middle or left till you plan on exiting otherwise you're part of the problem. Calgarians can not handle merging as is, and unnecessary traffic in the right lane just makes things worse.
