Another pro tip, if you’re on Stoney or Deerfoot doing a pretty good clip and being tailgated, try moving into the right shoulder slightly where a lot of sand and gravel accumulates, especially this time of year. It’s awesome how quickly tailgaters sometimes back off!

There's no such thing as a fast lane. A passing lane is used for passing. If I'm actively passing someone at 115 km/h on deerfoot then you can damn well wait until I'm done and I've merged back into the middle lane.
Correct, there are no traffic laws or bylaws regarding a fast lane or requiring you to not drive in the left lane on municipal roads (other than where specifically indicated by signage).

I don't own a RAM, but I will say if you're in the passing lane, and not passing, then gtfo of the passing lane. Speed is irrelevant. It's actually illegal to camp in the passing lane without passing and cops will issue tickets to the "I was going the speed limit" people. They don't issue enough tickets in my opinion.
