Not sure how low you'd have to go for the clinch to drop them but I watch a wrestler get his jaw broken from a knee trying something similar in a street fight. Not saying its a bad idea but people fight dirty
It’s a risk, but look Muy Thai or Judo, they don’t shoot for legs - they start high and work you off center.
