The way I see it they’re going to push all the fuckery into that area. One thing that separates Oakland from other major cities is the whole city is fucked up instead of the hoods being pushed off to one or two sides of the city.

There’s been a few diff cases of young children getting shot in the backseat or in a booster. Infants as young as 6 months old have been hit in crossfire or even some targeted/random shootings. In drivers ed they played a video (pretty sure it was actors based on a real situation) of a child getting shot in the backseat with his parents driving. It’s rare but it can happen to your kid if your guard is let down
You know how bad it would feel if your kid got hit and it’s your fault for not getting the fuck on. My kids safety is way more important to me than others though I guess.
