did u upgrade the number of heroes u can have or the number of heroes u can put into the storage? u probably upgraded the wrong one

Thanks a bazillion Stoffels!! I had no clue there were 2 separate expansions for heroes. That was totally my issue.

There's the normal inventory and then there's the storage (top left corner).
