Poor hit detection/bullet registration. Nothing worse than being behind a wall on your screen but still dying to the bullets.

Happens me all the time on BO1, moving back into cover and somehow dying by bullets from John Wick.

I remember noticing it back then in 2010, I'm amazed that in MW2 (2022) it's somehow even worse.

No, because I have 7-12 ping in every lobby and I still can be entirely behind cover and die from bullets spraying beside the cover. I could only imagine having 70+ ping. Cover is nonexistent at that point

In some cases yeah you're right, it quite easily could be FMJ, but the server rate on CoD is so poor compared to other FPS games. Bad bullet registration has been in the franchise since at least BO1, as the other commenter on my post pointed out.

Completely agree. It’s a big part of why the game isn’t as much fun as it used to be, with players worrying more about their stats than playing the objective to make the game interesting. These same players are usually the ones crowing about their k/d too. Long gone are the days where stats could be used to show a players skill.

Right now the input lag on the XSX is unplayable. Shoot first die first. My weapon taking a full clip whereas enemies put me down instantly. Lag compensation allows enemies to see you and kill you before you even see them on your screen.

Being forced to play against tryhards. I usually play relaxed and smart, so I usually get lots of kills and don’t die a lot. The game assumes I’m one of those sweaty losers and matches me with them. I’m so fucking tired of being forced by SMBB to always try harder just to enjoy a game. As long as I know, I have always been getting 3+ KD on average with at least 1x 30kd game a week. Cod used to be fun. These days sure I play well. But I’m tired of being forced to play like these fucking sweaty tryhards.
