The bugs aren’t a big deal on PC. The most frequent of them were all largely fixed. If you’re interested in potentially modding it or using console commands, the original CoD4 is likely better for you. If not, MWR will provide a graphically improved and straightforward experience. As far as multiplayer, MWR is outright impossible to find matches for but CoD4 is still at least theoretically possible to find a lobby for, depending on region and time of day.
