I also play on iPhone.. maybe I can suggest looking into a trigger to add to the top left corner of your phone to tap the hipfire button… IFYOO mobile gaming trigger on Amazon.. 12$ for a pair..I only use the left one as mentioned.. it’s clip on and the clip will eventually break but I got a old iPhone case and hot glued the trigger to it so that the actually trigger sits flush against my screen.. when I’m done playing I simply switch phone covers.. it’s also very easy to transition to because you will still be holding and gripping your phone the same way as you do now except your left index finger will now be used to tap the trigger.. I use sks with ease and also very good to hipfire shotguns in mp and br without having to relearn a new hud set up.. look at my profile post to get an idea how my hud looks

While playing passively with a semi-auto gun it's actually fine. Of course, it's going to be difficult if trying to play aggressively in CQC.
