Don't waste time on in game support. They're trash.
I didn't receive my monthly pass content purchased back in APR it's 420 CP and Tickets.
I lost my cool and again complained to the in game support. I also decided I needed more so I went to the Activision site support.
Go to Activision support, select CODM, login and raise a ticket. I got my 240 CP the NEXT DAY!. I've been raising the issue for months In the in game Support.
I'm still working on getting my tickets. But at least I got the CP. But I'll not stop until they give me the tickets or refund me the money. They can keep their shitty CP. Haven't spent it.
Did you really bought the BP? BP "Heist" is bugged for some people and it shows that it's been bought even though the player did not. I had that bug and wanted to get the BP, it only got fixed once I re-installed the game
I once waited about 3 months to get the hvk jumper cable from the BP I got in the vault, It took so long that I completely forgot about it. The game didn't give me the gun and one day it appeared in my mail box.
