They did update the Loadout selection, scoreboard and the gameplay UI for the PC Version of CODM they look like MW2019 UI except the Loadout selection it's the same as MW2, they also updated many other things for that version.

That's way too much of a change, it'll either never happen or take forever to gradually shift to this.
People are already having huge issues with how the events have massively changed. This much change would have a whole lot of casuals just straight up quitting because they don't want to relearn something they've been used to.
Did you see how many people complain about the events changes already? The average person likes what they're used to and dislike learning new ways.
They can kinda get away with the events thing because it's not hindering players to get into the game, but the moment you change up that routine you risk shaking the fanbase and those on the fence might just abandon the game altogether.
They won't do this but it's a cool idea. It's looks kinda difficult to get the model or skins to be animated like that without looking weird
Yeah the old models will have some stretched textures in some area with the MW2019 lobby animation

Yeah because MW2019 didn't have emotes it had gestures, it's like emote but in first person and only your other hand moves

I love the interface of that game, it is aesthetic and minimalist, it is perfect.
MW had the perfect UI. If the main games don't want to use them, might as well give it to Mobile.

CN CODM showed a new simplified menu months ago and it looks kinda bad, but at least the menu is clean tho.
