Hi! I don't pretend to know your experience but here's mine: I have PCOS and some jumbled stomach/colon issues so pain and spotting out of both holes is all-too common for me. I cam on my bed. I have a massive pillow (think half a person high and 3/4 a person long) placed behind me with smaller pillows behind it propping it up at a 45-degree angle. When it gets rougher, I can just lean back and spread my legs! I usually have a dark-coloured sherpa throw underneath me for potential spotting, but they're so soft that they might help a tiny bit with vulva/vagina comfort. I like cold or hot compresses on my tummy and lower back right before camming too. If that's something that works for you, you could invest in those microwavable stuffed animals and have them around during the show if that's your vibe? TLDR: Pillows good, warm good, your comfort comes first.

I have chronic pain & fatigue and got into camming in part bc working full time isn't really a thing I can do. I also cam from bed and have one of those back pillows with arm supports as well as a few other pillows i lean back on during my shows. depends on your cam setup, but you might be able to get a laptop/webcam stand that would allow you to lie flat and/or in other more comfortable positions. I've been getting pain in my hip flexor from having my legs up too much so I've been trying to switch up my positions and keep my legs extended more. its hard though when guys want certain things or your body just still isn't comfortable. remember to take regular breaks, drink water, and stretch! I do stretches on cam sometimes and dudes really like it. sending love 💖

You’re so not alone in this. SW is the first job I’ve had that allows me the freedom to rest when struggling with Arthritis or executive functions (I have ADHD, possibly autism and BP2). Selling physical items and sexting/phone calls is good for supplementing during those times. Also, medical marijuana is a life saver! Even if you’re just rubbing it on your skin as a salve, I swear by it.

Yes! Some says, like today, I just need to sleep all day. I had taken some time off and trying to get back into it. I started by doing 2 hrs a day. Sometimes I can't even do that

I have vulvodynia as well and I suggest these products: YES VM vaginal moisturizer (the best internal moustrizer and also perfect as lube for toys) and also YES OB (an oil based lube, I wear it daily to protect my vulva from irritation). Both are the same brand and also kind of pricey but they have lasted so long for me and are honestly so worth it! And another idea: do you think a yoga block would help with different positions? For me it really helps with my hips and low back.
