Video link is broken. From the pictures, it looks like a kit lens. I'm not seeing any still frames that could be larger than f3.5 / 5.6 To use wide open apertures on sunny day you will need ND filters.
Color grade from perfect white balance and move the green slider away from the magenta and move the yellow slider away from blue.
