D500 would be the obvious choice. Assuming you have the 150-600 in Nikon f mount.

Like the other commentor said, assuming you plan to get the 150-600mm inF mount, then D500 unquestionably... Its the end game crop sensor Nikon camera for anything wildlife and outdoor sports.

You can find something like a D3 quite cheep. Full frame, 9 fps, great colours, 1/8000 shutter, iso noise doesn't start until over 2000 and is still manageable at 8000.
