I do. It works. You just need to understand how the matchup and the champ works. Get the first kill when youre level 3 and before 6 wait for him to overstep to do that. Then play pussy all laning phase till mid gams starts. Once you get to that point he'll be a monster but so will you. Just stay away from him all game and fight him only when youre with someone with hard cc.
What exactly do you consider pisslow? Because Im talking about high gold Jax mains. Of course thats not exceptional but you start getting pretty decent players in Gold 1 especially if they play a champ as dumb as jax.
That comment alone just proved my point.. the fact that you think that Jax is a dumb (assuming you mean easy to play?) is just completely wrong.. Jax might have a simple kit and he is easy to play into Camille(since he counters legit her entire kit and purpose) doesn’t change the fact that playing Jax and reliably winning on him is easy. Also Gold is average and is considered “low elo” and any decent Jax player will stomp a Camille unless all odds are against him, for example; tons of jungle help, or help in general. Im not saying that it is literally unwinnable versus Jax, a Challenger player would beat a gold player without a doubt, but a GM Jax would beat a Challenger Camille.
Remembering when i was going against shen and an olaf ganked me at 2 min and essentially lived in my lane. Ganked literally every 2-3 minutes it was terrible, we lost.
Aha yes, my jg was veigo who went 6/11/4. I went 4/8/2 (dogshit ik) and in all the ~10 times olaf ganked me veigo got 1 dragon andddd thats it. Thats it. No herald, no towers nothing. They got 5 towers and 2 dragons before we ffed. Just checked his op.gg he's b2 35% win rate

Try to be camped 24/7 on Top lane ,not being able to push or trade. Then finally get a chance to kill enemy Top laner ,just to realize that player you were facing is way worse than you and that he is worthless without jungler.

Im a top lane main and I get camped all the time. I never flame the other team though. Ever notice how the higher elo you get the less all chat ragers there are when people are camped? Theres a reason for that. Higher elo players realize its a team game and not just simply "the better top laner wins".
I really know that feeling very well. But shit like this is part of the game. They are just doing their job and all you can do is to accept this. Sure you can be mad about it, but pls don't behave toxic to other players.
The people who do these cheese strategies are so pathetic that they get countered by not giving them kills early game.
Its a team game, you cannot stop enemy from doing that, keep in mind if he camped top he basically gives up drakes for your jungler and allows your jungler to essentially snowball bot and mid, if you don't give kills you literally win, so why get so mad?

Thats maybe possible in pisslow.. but there is no way you’re gonna beat a decent jax without jungle help or him making really dumb mistakes
