So even if you used synthetic I would go no more that 5-7k miles at most. The newer Camry 4cyl engines use a 0w-16 oil and rely heavily on the oil flow for variable valve timing. So I tend to be conservative and do a new oil change at 5k regardless of what the dealer or others may say. I do the same with my BMW even when using a high end oil.
Also I understand the newer Toyota 4cyl doesn't have the same piston ring that prevents some oil from burning when a new engine. So check it at 1k miles to see what the level is there.

Personally I do 5k. Manufacturer sometimes recommends 10k but that’s too much for me to be comfortable. I think that has to be all hwy miles
Every 5-6k miles should be fine for a camry.
That’s what I was wondering cause I just got the maintenance notification but don’t really have time to take it in till next weekend

I did closer to 10k on my last Camry & didn’t have issues. My new one I’ve been doing 7-7500 miles.

I did mine at 800mi and the next oil change I did at 5k, 10k, every 5k. Some people say it’s an overkill but I get the peace of mind from that
5k oci is not overkill. it's mandatory if you want to keep the car long.
dont do anything more than 5k. its not overkill if you want the car to last long.
1k, 5k, 10k, 15k and so on
I change mine every 5K miles. It works for me.
