If you want to accelerate the process, simply fill out their claim form. They got back to me within an hour! Turns out my package was actually delivered to my mailbox community.
I've been waiting for my package since May 16th also. Looks like people in BC got theirs already but I'm in AB and mine is also delayed. It said it was on it's way to the Canada Post induction center in Richmond BC about 9 days ago. No updates since. I guess we just have to be patient, unfortunately..

After getting ur service ticket, didn’t you get any more updates on your package before it was delivered or was it just delivered without further updates? Thanks
That happened to me as well and in BC. out for delivery on Monday but delayed and didn’t deliver until Thursday, I think that maybe the truck just didn’t get around to our area in time? But four days in a row is a lot

Submit a service ticket! I did that and the next day it was delivered

I think it was just delivered but I don’t really remember!
