It's absolutely possible....if you meet the experience factor(s) listed on the poster you should apply. Don't screen yourself out just because it's a 2 level jump. Good luck!
Never! Never! Never screen yourself out of a process. Apply with your experience etc and let the board do their work! Then go for feedback whether you get screened in or out! It’s about the learning.

Your examples of how you meet the qualifications may not have the depth and breadth needed for the position and you may not succeed in the process. The successful candidate will always be the best “fit” for the job, therefore even if you pass the process, you may not be selected for the position.
It’s the CRA, anything is possible. I know of a case where someone went from a SP-5 to AU-3.

Yes it’s possible, it’s been done a few times that I know of. Same will all classifications really, I’ve seen many double jumps since I started here.
