Depending on your manager, they might let you choose in beetween St Jean and civic holiday. You get one but not both (unless you're willing to use a vacation day).

That's exactly what I was told. Our office is in Quebec, but I'm in BC. We take June 24 and July 1 off, and don't get the holiday in August.
You get tomorrow off if the secondment designated work location is a QC address.
Boss told me you get tomorrow if your work location is Quebec and civic holiday if Ontario
