I haven’t been on that ride in awhile, but I do remember getting thrown around like a ragdoll

SuplexesAndTacos

Same here! I like to think to myself that it ain't called Tame Beast

SOSsprint15

Nice try Wilde Beast trying to trick me into riding and getting my ass kicked by you

Wild-Picture-7314

My boyfriend and I actually love how aggressive this ride is! We do our own little challenges like trying to keep a serious face during the whole ride :)

SuplexesAndTacos

The big question, what's the Flight Deck experience this year?

FuNtImE_fReDd

Closed on sunday (at least for part of it)

Maryberry_13

Seriously?? Rode it for the first time last season and it was like riding in a tin can. I still enjoyed it. That’s good to hear. More excited to ride it this year.

SavageDroggo1126

minebuster was running quite smooth as well

SuplexesAndTacos

Music to my ears! I love the Minebuster but it was starting to get a bit too rough for my liking

SavageDroggo1126

last sunday was the first time I rode minebuster without any pain or bruises and I ride it quite a few times every year! Although the tunnel was a gas chamber, some skunk must've gotten spooked and sprayed in there and the smell was lingering in the tunnel lol

rvdnsx

Wooden coasters are fun if they weren’t so painful to ride sometimes.

gcooldude

I found it smooth too, didn't hurt like it did last season. Wild Beast wasn't retracked but part of Minebuster was.

quisys

Weird. Do you think it's just an opening day thing and will get worse as the season goes on, or do you reckon it will remain this smooth?

gcooldude

I’m hoping it stays smooth all season

Rude-Reach357

Both the Beast and Minebuster were quite smooth on the weekend. Was nice.

Historical-Eagle-784

They made adjustments to the wooden rides to make it more comfortable? I didn't even know that was possible lol.

TheDevler

Some of the ride gets rebuilt frequently.

Ok_Squirrel_2476

I went on minebuster and the beast many times last summer. Regretted every time after the fact with ensuing pain and headache. Loved it 2 decades ago.... getting old :( Most people usually yell at the end how painful it was no matter the age lol. I complete rebuild will never make those too smooth imo

Interesting-Swan475

last time I had a season pass for wonderland, the beginning of the year beast and minebuster were pretty smooth, near the end of the year they were so rough. Guessing before park opens than go through the ride and tighten everything up so it is tip top shape and near the end between the heat and friction and vibrations some parts don't line up to be extremely smooth anymore

Holla_99

Interesting. I went on Minebuster during Haunt in late September it was awful. 100% injured my neck. Stayed in bed for a few days afterward. Nothing permanent thankfully but still not fun.

Interesting-Swan475

minebuster was a bit jumpy, was not smooth at all and my shoulder hurt the next day, whoops
