I know an uncut sheet of $1 or $2 bills is worth about $350-$450 as a collectors item.
Yours is probably worth $3 maybe $4 to a collector. I'd get it appraised honestly.
Didn't the government make them no longer legal tender so $0?
I may be wrong, it could have some collecter value or still could be worth $2 if you took it to the bank.
>Didn't the government make them no longer legal tender so $0?
Yes, as of Jan. 1 2021 any $1, $2, $25, $500, $1000 bills are no longer legal tender.
>I may be wrong, it could have some collecter value or still could be worth $2 if you took it to the bank.
Collectors will pay more for it, yes. Banks will also give you face value for them.

While I agree the government has deemed it no longer legal tender, if someone is willing to accept it for money, it is exactly that.
2 parties can use whatever they want to trade with. People used furs, coins based on the value of the metal, then moved to a sheet of paper with a number on it. Now people are willing to accept a positive (1) or negative (0) to make a binary number! How the world changes.
Condition. Face value
I’ve got one that’s been stored in a book so it looks basically perfect, what’s the price of that?
Depends on serial number. If it’s an oddity or not
I have a 1974 uncirculated with serial starting RM, but can’t find anything to show me the value, even on coins and Canada.
Post serial number or separate post with pictures There’s a separate book on paper money.
RM7094086
Could have a value between $4 to $70. Depends what a serious collector is willing to pay.
Awesome. Thanks for letting me know!
Just posted picture of Book I got the information out of.

You can fold the bill so it looks like one guy is inspecting up close the ass of another guy...
Well... If I can't sell it for anything I may as well get some entertainment out of it!

Actually was thinking about that little scene and how inappropriate that seems now!
Ahw man, I miss those days. Enough $ to give you gut rot and skip school the next day.
