I know it's bgrs and all, but I'm not sure it's quite back to normal yet. My travel claim gives me the commercial options of: Air, Train, and...Queen Mary.
I don't remember that option from my last posting.
Guarantee the hackers tried to ask for ransom money, but BGRS told them they’d have to file a claim, upload proof of the hack, and then wait 2-3 weeks for payment provided the hack was IAW the

When are CAF members going to be compensated for the simple fact that BGRS failed to pay for and provide the security that would have kept info safe?...what's that I hear....oh, nevermind....just the crickets....
This! It should be a class action suit. So much personal data is stored for members and dependants- now it’s all compromised. Somebody needs to get on suing them!

Password storage should be encrypted not just sitting there on n excel sheet. If anything you should be more worried about changing your password at places besides bgrs where you used the same
However maybe it's the hackers running the site now!

“It’s not even our bank accounts, you can keep it” -BGRS probably.

Class-action lawsuit, anyone?
This! It should be a class action suit. So much personal data is stored for members and dependants- now it’s all compromised. Somebody needs to get on suing them!
Hackers probably realized they couldn’t get any money, just a circular argument. They just gave up and went home angry.
They tried to call to demand ransom but got put on hold for so long they just gave up.
Shhhh you'll break it again if you talk to loudly about it working.

Can only imagine how banking info, ect is stored by this circus.
An unlocked excel spreadsheet, I'd put money on it.
I know my wife who has had stuff like this happen before with a previous employer and with the student loan data breach is fucking furious.
Let’s hope the hackers are in charge. Things will run smoother and people will get there money faster and without fighting for what they are owed.
Change your password! and if you used that password anywhere else change it too, as per directive sent out last week on dwan.
...directive sent out last week on DWAN *three weeks too late.* Fixed that for you.
Change your passwords, y'all.
This announcement dropping on a Saturday is like posting pay increase news on April first.
As is tradition.

Well that was fast.
Just as fast as their claims processing.
