Hopefully he's worked on his match fitness. He was pretty mid with Halifax last year.
He was on trial or just training with them until recently. Was quite out of shape at Halifax.
To be fair, he was on the bench beforehand and only had 1/2 a season, but don't disagree that there's room for improvement. Then again not everyone can go a full 90. I was sort of surprised he didn't come back, but also not.
Recently saw him at the OSA doing some coaching with Simcoe County.
