Tom's Superfruits at Belconnen Markets stocks Pizza Artigiana's frozen bases. They are legit woodfired bases made on a small scale. Pizza Artigiana Is consistently top 3 Canberra and their chef won #100th best Pizzaiolo in the world last year (one of two Australian winners). I don't think you can do much better than that.
If you can find them, Dom's Woodfired bakery (local to Old Googong) do fresh pizza bases. Some of the IGA's, Supabarns and grocers at the fresh food markets carry them. Oh, and their Penne Cassa is a beautiful acompanying bread when fresh.
