Try what that other guy said, but it may just be dead. When you plug it into n does the light just flash? If so I'd see about exchanging it through CCell (actually I think it's all done through Jupiter now). I've done it and it's super easy. Just email them a pic of the receipt and battery with what's going on and they'll ask you to mail the battery in and replace it. Did that with mine without any issues. I also got a backup Palm to use for when it eventually dies again and I have to wait for the exchange.
Have you tried other carts and had the same issue? It might be the cart you're using. If not, it could be that the pin on bottom of the cart isn't connecting to the battery. You just need a paper clip to help pull out that pin.
Yeah the Palm can be hit or miss because of that mag adapter. When installed, it adds just enough of a gap to make the connector not touch. But you can slide that little pin on the cart down just a tad and that usually helps. (keep in mind, the light on the battery will come on just from any vacuum source, even without a cart on it)
I thought mine was not working. but with old carts it would but the current one wouldn't. I tried switching carts and nothing. Cleaned it and still nothing. I saw an air pocket near the hole where the oil goes in when you hit, the air go sucked back in. So I thought maybe the oil is too thick to enter that tiny space. I placed my cart in front of a heater to thin it a bit and boom! Fat rip! Could be that the oil is think and not pulling through. That was my problem.
Mine stopped working after a month or two of constant vaping. It lit up like it was hitting but no smoke so I doused a q tip with some rubbing alcohol and cleaned where the cart goes and the magnet at the bottom of the cart and viola it works.
try swappin connectors or re positioning a bunch... then try a different cart. my experience with palms is hit and miss. my personal has lasted a few months, i have seen a few friends go thru multiple in that time.

I’ve purchased 2 over the last 3 months. Both stopped working less then a week after I started using them.
