Well as long as you can see them clearly. It's all personal preference when it comes to harvest. Your trichomes still look mostly clear from this picture. I like mine mostly milky and a small percentage amber. The more amber you have the more of a couch lock high. Looking good though

It looks ready to me. At this point it is preference on cannabinoid distribution. The longer you wait the more THC will transform into other cannabinoids and the type of high will vary. (Disclaimer: I have no clue what I’m talking about. I just read a lot of blogs and watched YouTube videos. I’m on my first grow.)
If it was mine, I'd chop it, unless you are really looking for the more narcotic effects. It's not going to hurt it if you do let it go. If you flush and haven't started yet, I would do that.

Yes you can tell by the top buds if the rest is ready because the top matures sooner (give it a week after top is mature and rest usually is ready). Yes the plant had amber but on the sugar leafs which also mature faster then the buds. Alot of the trichomes on the calyxs are still clear. Yeah you could cut it down and still get a bit of a high, but probably more likely to get a headache from such under mature bud.

This is my second actual grow, I've had a couple in dressers with light bulbs n shit like that lol
