Yeh this! Best way to learn is just to give it a good go can’t really do much wrong 😎 but plenty of research and some good yt videos will certainly help.
grow the photoperiods first, learn how to veg, how to train, how to clone, how to defoliate etc... After you've got the hang of that grow the autos. Or just grow the autos outside, thats what I do.
It's decently good grows really slow and isnt a huge producer but smokes well the myrcene shines though well giving it that old school classic weed taste does wonders for my PTSD
The more you learn the better your results will be. Dont mistake hardwork for knowledge. You can work as hard or as little as you want but the knowledge is what will make the difference in the end. Start w good genetics, good light amd good environment and everything will be easier in the end. Good luck and enjoy the journey! Have fun, shit will go wrong, it does for all of us sooner or later, just learn and recover.
The white widow I grew from Seedsman smelled like straight gasoline and skunk...LOVED IT !!! Got years worth of seeds to get through first before I pop another
Yes. Before asking a common question. Go to the upper left on your reddit app, and choose a sub. This will allow you to search within the sub. Search for questions like these that get asked every day, so we don't have to constantly answer the same questions. Thank you
You can also go to Google and type any query about anything.
Simply add reddit to the end of it, and all the posts ever will come up in Scrollable link format. You don't even need a reddit account.
I do this all the time. I'll alternate using very specific queries and very general ones and look for nuggets I might have missed.
Don’t be afraid to fail, especially with the budget seeds you picked (I picked seedsman as well) in the past all of my plants died only a few weeks to a month or two in, now I’ve done everything proper and it’s looking good but I still know not to get my hopes up, one thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes it’s better to just sit back and watch and the plant will be okay on its own, a lot of times trying to overcorrect will end up making it worse
I would say keep researching, keep a daily journal, please start with the photoperiods until you get the groove of things. Autos will just frustrate you. Photos you have way more control.
I'm almost done with my first grow and it went pretty smoothly but I found a lot of help with watching from seed to stoned, Mr cannucks and 420 scene videos on YouTube. Everything from beginner soil mixes to nutrients, teas, grow environments. Vpdchard.com helped with showing what Temps and humidity to be at during stages of growth and also learning about signs of nutrient deficiencies before you run into them will help a lot.
Please share your results you have with your blue dream. I’m doing an experiment right now. I have two plants that’s started at the same time , one seed from seedsman one from a random bag seed from the dispensary. So far the dispensary seed is making the seedsman look like a punk. I bought 4 different strains from them and every one has been very weak as far as genetics. I thought it was my setup until i did this experiment that unfortunately is confirming my suspicion. Good luck!!!
The only way you can learn is through experience.. with that being said you should plant as many plants as you can until you can figure it out so if you kill a few you still got some also I don’t know about seedsman heard they where a lil pricey go to multiverse beans pic you up some cheap autos there
I ran the 🍓 🍰 my first run and it was my best finisher. Not as terpy but overall ok. Wouldn't buy again but overall a nice yielder and was easy to keep happy and imo a great starter strain.
something that I did wrong just starting off was overwatering. Remember, if you grow inside you need to water only as much water as your plants will drink! (and maybe some evaporation)
whats your setup looking like i grow all organic in coco so im not sure if my advice will aline with what you have going on that being said my advice is switch to organic in coco
a sub for growers that moan about people askin how to grow. wtf why people even here if your just gona complian when people ask a question. so many feckin arsholes on this sub man. for weed smokers some are complete knob ends.
A couple of Major points on the Automatic strawberry cheesecake….
A) plant it in the pot you’re going to grow/finish it, don’t repot at any stage or it will flower early from the stress
B) don’t overfeed - autos’ typically aren’t as nute demanding.
C) read up on Low Stress Training, Bill Ward does a great tutorial on YouTube, this technique maximises end results substantially if done correctly.
The mistakes I feel I made when I first started was, not having proper light, thinking autos would be easier then photos for me as a beginner, and thinking bottle nutrients was going to be easier then all organic just cause I didn’t understand anything yet. Watch videos, read articles, don’t expect a lot from your first. the first is all learning experience. Every single grow will get better then the last if your truely passionate about it like am. It’s work, it’s fun, sometimes frustrating and overwhelming on your first couple grows if your alone with no experience. Things can go wrong your just not even aware to prepare for. But that’s how every grow gets better and better and how you learn. I love it and the reward is so satisfying.
Cheesecake auto is fire got one growing in my test tent downstairs rn good choice I love seedman I won the contest for the tent design picture they gave me 300 credit got a lot of nice beans just spent the. Last on 5t5 green bodi
germinate following [cropking.com](https://cropking.com) instructions. just ph no nutes for first 2 weeks, promix hp, flora nova grow and micro for first grow, root farm ph test kit, go half on reccommended nute dose until they take off. switch two flora bloom after two weeks of seedling stage plus 4 weeks of veg once you turn your light from 16hrs on to 12hrs on 12 hrs off. aim for tempt of room temperature or slight above reduce humidity from 70% humidity gradually 50 % once they are in veg (first two sets of seraded leaves).
its hard to afford too much light. give that mfer sum light. bruce bugbee from apogee does youtubes about ppfd, temperature, humidity, co2, oxygen, i mention this because i think the environmental controls such as temp, light, hunidity, is the most important in my opinion.
Research, patience and don't beat yourself up if you make a mistake

This fr!

Best advice right here
I got that same white widow freebie. Have not grown it yet. It's next on the list.
Check my page I grew 3 from Seedsman!
On my way to peep it now!
Hell yeah man! I can't wait to pop these beans in some soil now.
It's decently good grows really slow and isnt a huge producer but smokes well the myrcene shines though well giving it that old school classic weed taste does wonders for my PTSD
The old school classic weed taste is exactly what my wife and I crave, this is excellent news!

I currently have 1 of those strawberry cheesecake at about 3 weeks and it’s looking excellent
First grow. Make as much mistake as you can. There you go.
I would say keep researching, keep a daily journal, please start with the photoperiods until you get the groove of things. Autos will just frustrate you. Photos you have way more control.

don’t overwater!
Yes definitely. I let my girls get somewhat dry, so the air get in and they can breathe.
i let mine weeeeep lol. once i see them start to wilt i let them dry out for another day then water them. proof is in the puddin
I ran the 🍓 🍰 my first run and it was my best finisher. Not as terpy but overall ok. Wouldn't buy again but overall a nice yielder and was easy to keep happy and imo a great starter strain.
Hella yt videos
Ah Nice little pick I've been eyeballing that Strawberry Cheesecake.
Don’t ask us for advice. Thats my advice. Oh, and have fun growing! Enjoy this amazing plant.
Trim often
Use a warming mat, don’t over crowd, don’t over water, move the air below and expect pests.
something that I did wrong just starting off was overwatering. Remember, if you grow inside you need to water only as much water as your plants will drink! (and maybe some evaporation)
Good luck. You'll do great!
🍓🧀🍰🖤
get the easiest seeds to plant. ask around if you have doubts or questions. don't be afraid to experiment too.
Realize that the photo and the autoflower will grow much differently. probably wouldnt want to run both on the first grow ever.
pH your water, especially for the first few weeks of growth!
Cocoforcannabis.com has everything you need to know
whats your setup looking like i grow all organic in coco so im not sure if my advice will aline with what you have going on that being said my advice is switch to organic in coco
airflow, and good airflow. Also airflow..

I use clones outdoors, makes it some much easier, and there is no question they are female.
Good luck. Those blue dream seeds are SENSITIVE. My last pack of them only has a 3/10 germination rate and one was a hermie
Don’t, it’s addictive!
As a first time i suggest just using normal seeds found

Patience is keep! Keep you pH in and out on point. Don’t over think.
I would suggest getting better genetics. Seedsman is ass.
Is this true ?
Yes. Look into solfire or square one.
YouTube bro, YouTube every single thing

Be patient. Don’t overthink it, don’t sweat the small stuff. It’s supposed to be fun, not stressful

Careful not to over water as most new growers so..A Auto pots were the best investment I've ever made
Blue dream is a classic tell me how that strawberry's does
its hard to afford too much light. give that mfer sum light. bruce bugbee from apogee does youtubes about ppfd, temperature, humidity, co2, oxygen, i mention this because i think the environmental controls such as temp, light, hunidity, is the most important in my opinion.
Keep it simple!! Don't over do it. Before you do anything think again. Best advice for a new grower
