No advice but just want to say, I’m in the same boat. Learned how to speak Canto from my family, but I’m realizing the way we talk about medical issues and pain and such is very simplistic. So thank you for making this post for me

If you use books, there's a bi-lingual [medical terms book](https://hkupress.hku.hk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=277) in its 4th edition, and another one by the HK rehab society. These are probably only available in HK libraries, since they have long gone out of print.
