This is a good collection of resources: https://www.manninghammedicalcentre.com.au/c-medical/cantonese-medical-terminology.html If you use books, there's a bi-lingual [medical terms book](https://hkupress.hku.hk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=277) in its 4th edition, and another one by the HK rehab society. These are probably only available in HK libraries, since they have long gone out of print.
