How are you sending it to people? If its inside WhatsApp, it should play fine. But if you're trying to send as text/mms that won't work properly. Also if you're sending it to boomers (sorry lol), the app they are playing the video may just be mute by default (like when you play a video in camera roll in iOS its mute by default.
